What is Caspari Rewards?

Our Rewards Program is an exclusive loyalty system designed to enhance your shopping experience. Earn points through purchases and special activities, then redeem them for a little something off your next purchase, exclusive products, and VIP benefits. It's our way of saying thank you for your continued support.

How do I join Caspari Rewards?

Membership is easy and completely free! Simply sign up at the top of this page and you'll instantly become part of our rewards community. No additional steps required. Once you create an account, you will be able to log in and track your points & tier status on this page.

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

No, if you already have a customer account, be sure to sign up for Caspari Rewards as well to make sure you are earning points. Please also make sure you use the same email for both your Caspari account and your Caspari Rewards sign up. This will make sure your existing account is linked to any points earned!

If you have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine them, contact customer service by emailing webhelp@hgcaspari.com and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.

How do I collect points?

Each time you make a purchase online, you will earn points based on the dollar amount spent. Each $1 spent earns 2 points. For example, if you make a $100 purchase, you will earn 200 points. You can also collect points through special activities such as following us on Instagram or inviting a friend to join. You are able to redeem points for money off future orders, or save them up for an even bigger discount!

How do Tiers work?

Advancing through our VIP tiers is simple:

- Earn points through purchases and special activities. As you spend more with us, you will automatically advance into the next tier.

- Each tier has specific spending requirements, and your progress is clearly displayed in your rewards dashboard (located on this page when you are logged in). The more you engage with our program, the faster you'll unlock premium benefits!

- Each Tier status earned expires one year after achieving the status. To keep your tier, you must spend the corresponding amount of money each year (or more!) to keep your status or progress into the next one.

- Changing tiers will not cause points to be lost.

Do my points expire?

- Points will expire 1 year after they are earned. Be sure to use them up before they are removed from your account because once they're gone, they're gone for good! For example, points earned on March 26th, 2026 will expire on March 26th, 2027.

- You will receive a reminder to use your points before they expire.

- If you return a purchase for a refund or merchandise credit, any points associated with that order will be removed from your account.

- Any earnings from special activities, such as a birthday or Tier welcome bonus, will expire 1 year from the date they were earned.

Do past purchases count?

Purchases made prior to March 26th, 2026 will not count towards the rewards program.

I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive but I didn’t see my point balance change. Did I get credit?

Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communication and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account.  However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:

  1. Try to refresh your browser.
  2. Try to log out and then back in to your account.
  3. Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it.  Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact our customer support team at webhelp@hgcaspari.com and they will look into the issue for you.

Does Caspari Rewards work in retail locations?

- Caspari Rewards is only available for purchases made online at casparionline.com.

- Purchases made in our Charlottesville, VA & Paris, France locations will not accrue points.

- Purchases made at any other retailer will not earn points.

- Rewards can only be redeemed online at Casparionline.com. Rewards cannot be redeemed at other retailers or at Caspari retail store locations.
